Meet the Accountant
Davis Burris
With a bachelor’s degree in accounting, two years of bookkeeping experience, and five years working for CPA firms, I am ready and excited to serve the wider community through my own virtual accounting practice based in the coastal town of Lewes, DE (Atlantic Edge). While I can’t fix all of life’s challenges, I am eager to combine my experience in the profession with my passion for quality and service to hopefully make your life a little easier in the often confusing and daunting areas of tax and accounting.
Where did I go to school? I received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wilmington University in 2018.
Where did I grow up? Half of my childhood was spent in Middletown, DE. The other half was in Lewes, DE, which has to be one of the best small towns on earth.
Hobbies? When I’m not crunching numbers, I enjoy running, biking, photography, and playing the piano!
Favorite Quote? Hmm, too many, but Roo Panes has a good one: “Have the heart of a giant, but know you’re a man. Start small, grow tall”.
